I ordered your powder in early 2018, for the first time in my life. Before I received my first order I had a right-side motor-control stroke, on Apr26-2018, due to farm-life stress and uncontrollable diarrhea (3+ weeks). Spent May-June in nursing care. Finally had urinary-catheter removed, started TSF powder about a month before Jul27-2018 discharge, lost another 20 pounds, and stubborn foot swelling totally disappeared before discharge. One year later, Jul27-2019, am pleased with what TSF powder does for my digestion process, weight control and sense of well being. I will continue to patronize Dr. Black’s website for additional nutritional benefit.

I love Texas Superfood capsules but I’m not happy with the powder. Mixing it when I’m working is a pain in the ass whereas the capsules are easy to take with me in a small container or baggie. I’m switching back to the capsules once I gag through the several bottles of powder.
