Return Policy

In order to receive a refund for a returned product, please take the following actions:

1. Call 1.888.36.36.888 to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of your first purchase

All returns and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with the return shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers are only issued for the first purchase of a product. You may request an RMA number by calling us directly at: 1.888.36.36.888.

2. Ship the product to our corporate office located at: P.O. Box 25, Greenville, TX 75403

All refunds will be issued within 30 days from the receipt of a returned product accompanied by a valid RMA number. Customers are provided the option of either a refund using the original method of payment or a store credit equal to 100% of the purchase price. Please note that all approved refunds will include a refund for the purchase price of your order less shipping costs.
